How do I get Terry & Sarah Photography to reserve my wedding date?

You must book us!  In order to book us we must have received the required retainer and a signed contract.  If we have not received both then your date is not considered reserved.

What is your deposit/retainer fee? Do you have a payment plan?

All of our packages require a $1,000 deposit. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your wedding date.

Who can sign the contract?

We only make contracts with the bride or groom (most often the bride).  While parents are often paying for our services the contract says who we work for. We believe we are there to satisfy the bride and groom only.  It is their special day and their satisfaction with our work is what matters most.

Will Terry and Sarah be my photographers or will it be someone else?

You will always have Terry and Sarah when you book us for 4 or more hours.  With that said, we do have other professional photographers who are ready to fill in in the case of an emergency or illness.

Who does all the awesome editing for your photos?

Terry does all of the editing from start to finish, although Sarah is involved in the process of sorting, organizing, and deciding which photos will receive the most love.  We do not outsource our photo editing, which has become a common practice today; we love our art too much to ever do that.

How many photos will I receive?

This changes a lot based on how the wedding day timeline plays out, what kind of pictures are important to the bride, and the number of hours we were hired for. For a typical 8 hour wedding a bride would receive 500 to 650 images.
